Porsches used something that looked like Dress Gordon and some Triumphs had a Rob Roy black and red.

It's because I remember seeing them in the 60's, that I thought they might still be available. -But after over an hour googling, with many different key words and phrases, still no joy.

Now I am in search of some half way nice ones, and I think I'll just put a panel of tartan on them.

Actually I did use wool on these seats. As to the cost they are being used as the centre panels of the seats and there is plenty of less expensive fabric used around them. I am however considering having a kilt made from the same tartan. This way I can match the car.

I recalled that they had some plaid truck eat covers at our Canadian Tire stores. The closest they sell are blanket style. We know what blanket you could use when you wear your HBC (yes I'm jealous). How about taking some pics of your seats and posting them. Then you'll get a hundred different design cues...

Orvis has carried these for a while, they don't look too bad but that only have the two tartan variations.

Cover it or have it covered. A guy on s10forum has a body dropped s-10 that he covered the interior in some kind of plaid. Guess I'll have to break down and get me a digi camo kilt so I can match the interior of my blazer.

I found a pretty nice set of covers on line, that has a different inset in the center section. I think I'll look for some JoAnns tartan and then I'm going to see if my tailor, or an upolstery shop might be interested and or capable to put that on the center.
