Phil, I can think of a half-dozen possible ways to answer this question, all of which would be unacceptable, based on the forum rules and guidelines. So I'll ask you to not pose any more questions like this again, aye?
This thread was removed from the open forum because of this question, when I don't feel this was the direction Arlen intended for it to take. I'm replacing it here, with a warning that we're not going to discuss any laws or any legal decisions in any country.
Like them or hate them, the rules of this forum govern all of us and they are quite specific about discussions concerning firearms, politics and religion. I don't think anyone wants a return to the system that forced each member to review the rules. If we're not forcing a sign-off on the rules, then we're going to have to re-think our casual use of the infraction system. Everyone here has agreed to accept the forum rules at the time of registration, so let me suggest everyone take a few minutes to re-read those rules. The various responsibilities of each forum member are defined in those rules, so please familiarize yourself with them.
