Thank U guys.
I sent an Email to MM, but didn't get any reply yet.
And I've never dealt with 11oz fabric before( all my kilts 16oz), but I found a note on Man in kilt site that 11oz fabrics are not recommended for a kilt making.
And here We go, I (oh-h boy) targeted BC tartan(hard to find from the beginning, now in 16oz PV even harder) to not to buy, but to first-on -m-own- to-make kilt.
So if anybody have an experience with light weight fabrics or knows where I may get BC in 16oz(PV not wool, don't have 500 for this project) PLS let me know.
Cheers.

Is there a reason you don't want a lighter weight wool? Personally I would check with Fraser and Kirkbright in Vancouver. They have a lightweight wool (in BC tartan) and do some PV. http://www.wooltartans.com/tartans4.htm
