That makes sense. I was helping a friend with his kilt for a wedding, I put the flashes where I normally do and they looked odd. He has very large calve ( I just have large) and the flashes looked to be facing forward too much so I moved them back closer to 9 and 3 so it looked better.

*tries to figure out the clock positions, gets frustrated, realizes that she has left and right switched and gives up*
I say wear them however, they don't typically stay put on my legs anyhow.

As a matter of practicality, I tend to wear mine at 10:00 and 2:00. This prevents snagging on ladies' dresses while dancing.
Yes, I find the ladies on the dance floor always appreciate flashes! One even "dropped" her open mirror in anticipation. I told her she needed a bigger mirror!
EPITAPH: Decades from now, no one will know what my bank balance looked like, it won't matter to anyone what kind of car I drove, nor will anyone care what sort of house I lived in. But the world will be a different place, because I did something so mind bafflingly eccentric that my ruins have become a tourist attraction.
