I bought 3.7 meters of weathered MacPherson back in October, it was advertised as 16 oz and it was in fact. The selvedge was also fine. It was first class fabric in all respects. I made myself a reverse kinguisse from one half, and sent the other half of it to Matt for a box pleat that should be here this month sometime. I am looking forward to it.
I am sorry about your experience as well, but the seller was a pleasure to deal with, and everything "as advertised" in my experience with him.
