    Hasn't happened to me (yet) but Man or woman, someones catching the scare of their life if they try. In Kentucky that act is considered a Sexual Assault. Just imagine the reaction of grabbing a mans kilt and finding out the guy can not only whip you up and down the street but then arrest you and make your next "neighborhood introduction" a tense one.

    My wifes sister did that to me one time while we were siting beside each other at a table.
    Her hubby gave her this look an said what are doin?
    She said im just feeling of the material.
    He told her just so you don't feel of anything else.
