Good point! You actually don't have to have a copyright filed. You can just have a notice on the bottom of the page and in the source file as a comment in the head. See our team's site (link in my sig). There is a notice at the bottom of every page and in the source .

That reminds me of back when I used to do a bit of poetry writing, everybody was mailing a copy of their work to themselves, so they would get a postage date stamp... That's been a while back, though.
