WPG help

I've been feeling the pull of the WPG Gordon for awhile now...the $195 price tag is really appealing. Can people share their experiences with this kilt? Pros and cons? Thanks!

I'm wearing mine right now, for the winter we are having there really is nothing like it, I am very happy with my purchase. There are a few things to get used to, the weight, the straps and buckles while not being the most attractive, do an admirable job. The feel is different as the wool is so thick but it's easy to get used to.

Anyone out there with a pot belly/beer belly/melon belly like me ever make one of the replica WPG kilts work?

My big fear is I'd never be able to stuff my belly into such a high waist without damaging some internal organs.

Yeah Ron, I'm not exactly svelt but my two WPGs work just fine.

I often look at the WPG kilts and wonder two things: Does the length include the 4" rise? What are the hip measurements (I only ever see waist measurements)?

Does anyone know?
