Cynthia,
The wife and I are planning on being at Locharron's on Saturday to listen to Spriggan. Look for us, I'll be the guy in the Lamont Weathered next to the gorgeous redhead. Love to meet you and Christo.
"My beloved America, thank you for your children. If your children want to become soldiers I will train them. When they are hungry I will feed them. When they are thirsty I will give them water. When they fight for freedom I will lead them. When they are unsteady on the battlefield I will motivate them. If they die on the battlefield I will bury them. So help me God."

Oh, excellent! Christopher had just emailed me asking if anyone else was going... he was considering skipping the kilt. I'll let him know you'll be there It'll be great to meet you both!

He has recently taken to reading style blogs for men and loves to think more about clothing and things like that. When he saw the dressy and formal threads here and all the jackets and accessories he went nuts. He has even mentioned wanting to try his hand at making a few things at some point when we have the chance (like a sporran).
Congratulations, Cynthia. You are officialy married to a Kiltrosexual.

A sort of PS on a serious note, you rather remind me of my mother, in that she had a very hard time opening up to new people and making social contact even with her friends for awhile. They say it's very common, but good on you for smashing it with mighty kilt power. ![Very Happy](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
Funny thing about how the kilt can attract attention, no matter where you go, someone has a question about it. In most cases that's a good thing, since a lot of questions come from attractive young ladies.
