It's from a hilarious BBC Scotland comedy show called Chewin' the Fat. Many other segments from it can be found on YouTube.

Their sketch called Taysiders in Space is my favorite.

I heartily agree...the Taysiders in Space had me in pain, I was laughing so hard. Of course, I had to replay it about a dozen times to catch it all, not being fluent.
