Sorry to hear of your plight. I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions as to what you can do about it. You mentioned a loan, beware some of the "loan sharks" out there.

Sad, guess you just gotta trust the spiritual piece, whatever that is for you.
Only ploy I can think of is an appeal to the airlines using a "young love" appeal that maybe they could use as "proof" they're people friendly.

As I mentioned in the PM yesterday, this really makes the old phrse "When it rains, it pours" ring true!
We'll be praying for you and yours.
AND, while it is all very upsetting/frustrating/annoying now, believe me (and I definitely speak from experience here!), when you are finally here and everything falls into place, the struggles you faced will make everything even better in the end!

Thanks for all the well wishes, everyone.
I have a few feelers going out so I MIGHT be able to get it all sorted out.
I am going to have to work some overtime and speak to my bank, but I think I might just make it work.
