I think that sportkilt actually markets one.

They do, but only in leather. I like the idea of the wool one. Everyone else has a leather one, and I like the idea of going just slightly left of everyone else.

Hey Nighthawk, now that you found what you were looking for, let me ask you about this vest. I trust your kilt sense.

Removed the picture, but it's still in the gallery.
It's the Scottish paperboy outfit. Here's the question, Should the vest be left open like that, or closed?

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

You know what, Ted? I've been tossing around the idea of getting a leather vest from the Harley Davidson store up the highway from me. I think black vests look GREAT with kilts, and that one is no exception. In fact, having seen that, I'm now totally sold on the idea. I still don't like white socks, though...

Thanks Nighthawk. On the white hose, that's what I have right now. I plan on getting gray hose, probably dark gray, to go with this outfit.

BTW, here's a pic of that zebra kilt pin you were asking about, and it is next to one of the sculptures I made.
I removed the picture of the totem zebra sculpture and kilt pin. It may or may not be in the gallery in the future. Poof!

Now that is sweet. I like that one a lot. Both the sculpture, and the pin.

Thanks Nighthawk. The whole thing freaked me out a little but those things happen for reasons.

I can see where that would be a little disconcerting. Any idea where I can get a zebra pin so I too can join the zebra clan?

I would think you're more suited for the Wolf-Bear clan... You need a grizzly bear pin of some sort. Just be careful with the Bee clan folks... You might need bee medicine, in fact.

The weirdest thing is that I had been looking for pretty much that zebra pin for a long time and couldn't find anything. I had seen some on the web, but I can't tell what those are. Then, just out of the blue Moosedog asks to send me something. Didn't tell me what it was other than an animal pin. You know, POOF!
