The Royal Canadian Regiment, the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry and the Royal 22nd Regiment (The Van Douxs) are the only Regular line regiments, if I remember correctly.

The 48th is listed as a reserve/militia unit on the Canadian Army's web site:
