I don't remember the tartan but it is one of the "regiments".
Oh yeah, the well dressed couple in the center right are not part of the band!

What color is the light stripe? It appears to be a Black Watch based tartan, from what I can tell. On my screen, the light line appears white, which should make it a Forbes tartan. Though I may be wrong on the colours.
