It is really cold here - for April - there was more snow this morning, melting away as the sun is warm, but the air is not.
I put on my heavy black cotton kilt to go out this afternoon, but the wind was doing its best to flurry my pleats. I was considering a sporran for a while, but it did calm down a bit on the way home.
I'm really glad that I am taking a virtual cruise at the moment, along with Mister Dove and other characters from X marks - maybe it will keep the chill out of my bones.
The snow melting off the plum blossom was very artistic, but it does not bode well for fruit later in the year, as any bee venturing out today would be lucky to make it back to her hive.
