Jackets by J Higgins??

I am thinking about getting a daywear (tweed) jacket from Higgins. Could you post a picture of your tweed jacket?

I just got it and it was pretty wrinkled from being folded up for shipping so I sent it out for a pressing and should have it back in a couple days. I will take a few pictures of it then and, if I can figure out how to post them here, will do so shortly thereafter. newbie here still trying to figure out how to get phots and links into my posts. Keep checking back over the next week or so. I won't let you down.

Okay, so I finally got around to picking up my dry cleaning, getting all my kilt stuff together, getting all dressed up, and convincing my wife to take the pictures. Here are the pics of my two Higgins jackets and waistcoats, one in black barathea and one in charcoal tweed, both fabrics from scotland but tailored here in the states. Now my only problem is I can't seem to get my photos to import to the post using the "insert photo" button. Help??

pardon the stooped shoulder---I broke my clavicle into 4 pieces 12 years ago and it never healed quite right, so i am a wee bit lopsided in the shoulders.

Ancient Clan MacDonald. Foster/Forrester clan is a sept of MacDonald (Douglas too in some folks books) but I preferred the ancient colors to the modern. Put my two month old son in a modern Macdonald though. Will post that somewhere soon.
