How Many Remote/Lone Kilters Out There

Up until recently I was the only kilt wearer here, that I was aware of. Another member of the forums recently moved here and we have emailed each other but no kilt night yet. He told me that there is another kilt wearer here also. I've yet to see anyone...

In the very North East corner of Indiana is a town called Angola and I am (as far as I know) the only regular kilt wearer in my county. I'm an hour North of Ft. Wayne, East of South Bend, West of Toledo, and South of Battle Creek. The only regular Kilt Nights I know of are in Detroit (two+ hours away), and Indianapolis (3 hours away). I know there have to be closer Kilties, but I've not seen one yet. The only other regular kiltie I know of I found out about right here. Ncof300d from Bryan, OH is about 50 min away but so far we have yet to meet up with each other.

I know of one other from here that lives in Fairbanks Alaska but I've not run into him yet. I go kilted about once a month either up here or down in the Anchorage area. I've managed to get my buddy into it and now he's hooked after the first time wearing a borrowed kilt. And now (after seeing me get checked) our other buddy is in the process of buying one. So we are trying to spread the seed. Although, I tend to wear a stetson with mine more than my caubeen. hehe
