When I read 2002 I was impressed, but 2004? - raises hands in admiration smiley not available.
Well done, that man!!!!
My health professionals tend to look slightly disappointed when they get my test results back - but I suspect that yours have been wearing that slightly apprehensive expression which denotes they are thinking 'any minute now' - and which might now be replaced by a 'thank God it worked' grin.

Congratulations from a heart transplant recipient. I know the feeling when they tell you that things are going just right.
Special congrats on keeping to your regimen. I have, unfortunately, allowed myself to put on too many pounds and am currenntly on the you-know-what list with my cardiologist and internist about losing weight. I've taken off about 10 pounds, but since she braoched the subject, the doctor is getting extreme and wants about 30 or 40 more. I'll be a walking skeleton!
And, like you said, all that money invested in kilts needs to be amortized through wearing!

Congratulations!
Like thescot, I'm also on the you-know-what list with my cardiologist. I needed to lose ten more pounds last time I went in. Now it's 15.

Boo-ya! That is good news...you're setting a good example for the rest of us.
Now...there's this really great Mexican restaurant that makes this dish...it's chicken, poblano peppers and onions all fried with bacon...I allow myself to have it once a year...if you're ever in town and feeling immortal, I'll treat!
Best

Wife and I are in the process of toning up and shedding a few pounds. It definately takes disipline to keep at it for the long haul. Just keep in mind the healthy benifits to your new lifestyle.
