My one and only current complaint with the X-Kilt is that the box pleats should be deeper and they don't stay "folded" as well as I'd wish. So if this stuff at the bottom would resist the "fold", then either sew both the inside and the outside folds down, or press it a lot!

Crap, I hadn't thought of that. I think a solution would be to cut it right where it folds into a pleat, but that would be tedious work... but it might be worth it.
