My recollection from a previous thread is that the antarctic is white in the center, with a blue cross, while the arctic is blue with a white cross, because the south pole is on (frozen) land, while the north pole is at sea. But I think the border colors are the same? I don't remember; it's been a while since I looked.
Anyway, that's fantastic news. Now, if I only had a few dollars I could devote to that....
