    It makes you realise ...

It makes you realise how lucky one is when the wife says you will be able to wear your new welsh cilt to a function we are attending this sat.
As I have posted before, the wife has no problem whether I have a cilt on or a pair of jeans ... it just that it makes you realise now again how lucky one is to have that choice with no hassles from ones better half.. I am indeed lucky ...

Very lucky indeed Derek, my ex hated the kilt, one of the reasons she's my ex I suppose.

See now, I do bug my hubby... I ask him to wear the kilt MORE often (he doesn't wear it very often at the moment).

When I bought my first kilt my wife asked if I was really going to wear it.
    I said sure,why not.She said "OK. We'll see"
When i wore it for the first time to a family get together, she defended it by anything said by saying"He likes it,and I happen to like it,so shut up and mind your own business"
Gotta love this girl. And I do.

Yes you are very lucky my friend. Mine tolerates it without complaint, but I can't say she actually approves. She just knows there is nothing she can do about it.

I've got a great one as well! Jude is not only supportive, but she seems to get a kick herself out of all the attention I get. She says it validates her opinion of me, and finds it flattering.
