    I would guess it's the same over here. It doesn't seem to be the kilt that causes problems for me except where the waistband and shirt are. The openness of the kilt actually helps.

    If I need to dress it up a little, I'll wear a short sleve button down shirt and tie. It really is too hot in the summer to be outside with all the fixings on... People sometimes wear dress pant like shorts and the short sleve with tie along with dressy black leather slides.
