    Jamie,

Very nice indeed, looks like you are about ready to go on parade or inspect the troops, you only need a swagger stick or Pace Stick and you would be in true form.

Arlen and I saw a good collection for you but weren't sure how we were going to get them past the guards.

That's a good look, Panache. As a matter of fact, after marching into his jungle camp, Col. Saito of the Japanese Imperial Army would not hesitate to put you to work on his Burma railroad construction project.

I disagree. This is a military-inspired look. I don't think Jamie was going for a wannabe outfit. Wearing insignia that haven't been earned isn't done. The kilt looks great with kahki shirt and hose.
I'm sure he didn't intend for Jamie to wear something he didn't earn. And, I think Jamie's idea for the XMTS crest patch fits the ticket.

Aye, he's earned his cap badge, that's for sure.

    Looking very smart there.

Chortle! Actually those stockings had a bit more olive in them. I still have 3 pairs, which I wear with Black Watch, MacGregor red, tan X-kilt, etc.

Present day Scout stockings seem to be olive/khaki with a red cuff.
