Great photos. I presume it was a two day affair, since you are wearing two different kilts!

More pics from the Chicago Highland Games. Here are myself, Glen C, and auld argonian:

The closing of the games when all the pipers were out on the field:

    A panorama of pipers:

My buddy John and I in front of the Midlothian Pipe Band:

The Midnight Tribe Celtic Belly Dancers were one of the performers at the festival. I've never heard of Celtic Belly Dancing
before, but you're not going to hear any complaints from me. Their show involved a lot of fire:

And finally, to answer McFarkus' question, we did find a kilt for Haj. My business partner-who's cousin has
become enamored with the kilt-came to the festival on Saturday. McFarkus took him around and helped us find
a kilt for him. We eventually headed back to the Celtic Croft's booth, and he found a Black Stewart 16 oz. acrylic
for $50. Here he is in it:

He's always thought the kilt was a little strange, but after wearing one on Saturday he proclaimed
how comfortable it was, and that he finally got it. He them immediately called his wife to let her know he
was wearing a kilt. One more down! Only several million more to go.

It was great putting faces with names over the weekend. We must get together again soon.

It's always nice to see two Cumming kilts together!

Great photos -- looks like a grand time! Since St. Louis has cancelled their games until further notice, perhaps I should consider a trip up to Chicago?

    Regards,

    Todd

Thanks for all the great photos everyone! It looks like it was a really nice day and a games enjoyed in good company.

I absolutely love Scotus' crommach! The striking simple curved horn and the knobbled shaft really make it look like some cherished heirloom made by some old crofter in the winter evening hours by the fireside.
