Yes Meeting up takes a little more planning.
I like Rick's idea.

In the past we have tried to meet around 11am but that tends to be

What about a little earlier? Say 10 or 10:30 am at the STM Tent?

It seems that most of the campers bring a wide aray of flags to
mark their tent and show off their heritage.
It is really a beautiful thing to see.

What day are we talking about?
10 am is good for me, whichever day (or even both!)

I would say Sat and Sun. I will be there on Friday and Sunday.![Crying or Very sad](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_cry.gif)
Camping was just not in the cards this year.

I'd be interested in meeting up with some Xmarkers as well though 10am is a challenge for me on Saturday. My clan plans on having our general assembly meeting at that hour.
I will only be there Saturday and Sunday. Camping isn't in the cards for me either. I'm going to be sleeping in a nice comfortable bed at the Best Western. I considered camping but.... nah.....
Next year perhaps.

I'm not sure if I'll be there by 10 on Friday, but I'll definitely be there on Saturday.

Since Friday is usually fairly slow, those of us that will be there can have a more leisurely meeting. Saturday and Sunday, of course, will a little more manic.
In the past, I have always been working at my clan tent, and wasn't always able to meet, or at least, spend any real time with the gang, so I know what duchessofnc is saying. I suggest that once we are all present and accounted for, we wander over to the MacKinnon's tent and say hello...and raid the larder, of course! If any other XMarks rabble are too tied up with their Games duties, we can go visit them as well.
Hmm, maybe we will need provisions....
