Wow this was an awesome road trip!
My wife and I are planning to spend a couple of weeks in Scotland next year, and this looks so good, detailed and 'reviewed' that I followed your trip using Google Earth, and created a .kml that anyone with Google Earth can see here (right click and choose Save Target as, or Select Link as).
The views of Glencoe are angled to try and maych some of your pictures for effect.
Thanks for sharing sir!

Thanks for the fantastic photo tour, Hamish! Great commentary, too!
I was even more keenly interested in your travelogue because it's very similar to the trip I hope to make in the next year or two - up the west coast to Fort Williams, over to Isle of Skye, then to Inverness & then down the A9 to my clan's area & our clan museum at Bruar & kirk near Struan.
I also found the pic of Kenmore of interest - so that's where my washer & dryer came from! ![Wink](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif)
Thanks for taking the time to share this with us! ![Very Happy](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
