    site visit in a kilt

yup, exactly what it sounds like.

I went to a construction site visit this morning, wearing one of my kilts.

I didn't think of it until I actually got there and had to get out of the truck.

One thing I learned for sure, construction workers do not necessarily whistle at women...they whistle at anything with 2 legs and a skirt.

I've never been whistled at before and it sure was a strange experience.

I simply grabbed my hardhat and took a bow as I left.

    hehe, fun times.

Maybe they didn't see the beard and mustache? Funny story though..
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

I was selling my architectural firm about the same time I began wearing Kilts. I do understand what you are saying.

Construction workers are a fun bunch to be around.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear
