    Rich,

I know exactly where you are. We used to stay at the Ramada Inn on Tanque Verde. My grandfather would make airplanes from beer & soda cans and sell them to the Pima Air Museum -- we'd take a run down to Tucson from Phoenix, drop the planes off, and then spend the weekend.

I really miss Bookman's in Tucson; that was heaven for a bibliophile like myself!

    Regards,

    Todd

I'm not a Sun Devils fan either!!! Although the rivalry makes for some fun exchanges at work.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

I remember one being at the one up on the North side of town near I-10 (early '90s), but I did notice that the other day when I looked up there web site -- I seem to remember going to the one in Flagstaff as well.

But I did notice they have a store at 19th Ave. & Northern in PHX -- not too far from my old stomping grounds!

There's one on the East Side as well now - the old Sierra Vista store's long gone, though.

They've really managed to create a great business - between them and the Friends of the Public Library book sales, I hardly ever have to actually spring for a new book. Saves me a lot of money, at the rate I consume 'em.
