[QUOTE=SteveB;575885]Hello and a warm Celtic from Boston, Massachusetts.
How many of the 7 young-uns are boys? Have you made them kilts yet? A kilted family is fun to be together. For some of us here, being kilted everyday is just plain normal.

Well Steve, 4 of the 7 are boys. My 24 year old is leaving for basic training in the Army on the 7th and is taking a camo kilt as one of his two allowed civilian outfits. His 3 year old is desperate to have a camo kilt like his daddy's so they will be able to wear the same special clothes even though they are far apart!

My 13 and 10 year olds are too cool to be seen in one (I have been told they might wear one to an "event" were it would be appropriate.) So there must be some interest. Possibly the longer Dad is kilted the easier it will be for them to try!

The 5 year old can hardly wait to have a kilt like his "Pa"! So I will be sewing quite a bit as Dad is already wanting more!!!

Picks will be coming soon! Maybe some action shot with hubby at his survey equipment to show how well all the pockets function! Hope to get this done this weekend if I can convince him to pull out his equipment after a week of being outdoors in 90+: weather with humidity just about off the chart!!! He is proud of his new attire though so it should not be too difficult to get him to model!

I must say to all that it has been great to be so welcomed and encouraged. This is my first experience posting to any kind of forum and has been a great encouragement to try more!
