    SWK jones

Just pushed the button for my first SWK Standard (I already own a Thrifty, an Economy and a Heavy Weight) so this should close the circle for me (for now).

    I ordered a Weathered Mackenzie.

So the 2 day delivery turnaround jones have officially began.

    This will be Kilt #7

Ooo I was looking at getting a Weathered McKenzie and I love that SWK. It's on my probable future purchase list. My Black Stewart Standard has done me well thus far. I have yet to get a thrifty/economy or heavy weight though, and I really wanna place an order for a thrifty before college but I'm not sure.

Ordering from Stillwater hardly qualifies as a jones! With his legendary turnaround time, it is more like a.... "J... Hey it's here already!"
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

    hehe, true.

But when you make your own kilts in one day as I have, having to wait 2 days for a kilt, for me at least, qualifies as jones time!

the doorbell just chimed, I think my kilt is here!

I think you will like the weathered MacKinsie. I received mine last week and have worn it twice. I just received a thrifty black watch to take to my civil war reenactments for around the camp fire ware.

Nice choice, that is high on my "must have" kilts list. What a great tartan. Enjoy, and try not to drool every time you hear the postal van coming up the street

I would put money on the fact that Jerry has already attached your package on his magical unladen swallows. Enjoy your new kilt!

Gotta love the shipping time on a SWK. And that is a good looking tartan.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear
