Yep--listen to them. I tried rushing at first in my re-hab--I wound up starting tendonitis in the ONE tendon in my knee that I didn't tear ;-)

If you take your time and focus...then once you get back--you'll be able to be at the level you hoped for--and not rushed the onjury which could lead to further damage.

When my first doc said, "You'll be able to walk with a cane once we're through" I said--nah--I'll be throwin' a stone. BUT I got great help and am still being patient.

First full games since the injury are next week for me--I'll let ya know ;-)
