    Birthday Tartan

My birthday is coming up. Help me select a tartan material to make a kilt from. Here is my "short list" (not in any order):

    Chattan Ancient
    MacPherson Weathered
    Isle of Sky
    Wallace
Missouri state tartan (ok, probably doesn't exists)
    Black watch

Please let me know if you have other suggestions.

    Thanks,
    Wallace Catanach, Kiltmaker

A day without killting is like a day without sunshine.

Not at this time, but some of us are working on it.

Isle of Skye. [Is there really any question?]

My two choices would be MacPherson Weathered or Isle of Skye.

    My vote goes to IoS.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

My vote goes to either Isle of Skye or Chattan ancient.

Here's my vote for Isle of Sky, I've always loved this beautiful tartan.

Since I'm hunting an Isle of Skye, I have to go for that! One of the nicest tartans in my opinion.
