    Unless you just want to make it yourself, my suggestion would be to go to Woollenmill Co. and buy a 6 yd. hand made wool kilt in "Isle of Skye" from them. Several of us have done this and are pleased. Cost $240.00 on your door step. Don't think you can make it for that.
