And if you're going to be a higher status there's goat blood drinking....wait...that's something else.

Perish the thought, I never thought of it.

Well, you never know where it's going to fly when you lop it off.

It's a common misconception that you can't join Clans once you live in Florida due to a lack of caves. Indeed, there are caves in Northwestern Florida just south of Alabama.

All kidding aside, I think Gunnar's query was a serious one...

Yeah, and Ted's not supposed to leave his cage, either, but he did.

On a serious note, I have been wanting to join Clan Cian. My grandmother was a lowland Wolfe, which I found out this summer is a sept of Cian. The Cians that I met at the Ft Collins Irish festival were actually really excited to have a Wolfe take some interest.

I believe he got the answer he was looking for. I think the next step would be to research the Clans and find one that best matches his interests and qualities. Then find out what the individual clan organization requirements are.

If you see abbreviations, initials or acronyms you do not know the Xmarks FAQ section on abbreviations may help.

FYI: Lowlanders traditionally wanted nothing to do with the clan system. It's only in recent years that we see Lowland and Border families adopting clan trappings.
