I got my license at noon (several decades ago, well OK over 4 decades) and I had a wreck by 2 PM. Grew up quick, got my license and had to get a job in same day to pay for the damages.

Shudder... my kids are wanting theirs too.... I'm not brave enough to ride in the vehicle with them to teach them.... been there done that scared the cr@* out of me!
