    Looks fine. I might wear mine just a bit higher, or a bit lower, depending on which kilt it is, what the weather is like, etc. For example, I wear my 13 oz. Black Watch a good 1 1/2 inches higher than I wear my 22 oz. Black Watch. One is a shorter, lighter summer kilt, the other is a longer, heavier winter kilt.
    The length of that kilt looks just fine.

    I measured for mine to fit mid-knee but this looks fine to me. Is that a 2.5 width belt Brian?

    Nope, it's only 1.75" wide - one of my reenactment belts with an 18th c. style "Double-D" buckle....
