2008 Cincinnati Celtic Festival
We are happy to announce that the Cincinnati Celtic Festival is back in 2008!
The festival will be on September 12th and 13th at Yeatman's Cove on the Cincinnati riverfront. This is the second year for the rebirth of the festival on the riverfront and it is one of the finest festival locations you will see.
For more information, check out our new website at www.cincinnaticelticfest.com
Lineup includes: Enter the Haggis, The Town Pants, Seven Nations, Celtic Spring, Homeland, Roger Drawdy and the Firestarters, Vinegar Hill, The Kells, and many more.
We hope to see you in Cincinnati this September!
(by the way, ignore the old website for last year)

Last year there weren't that many people in kilts. Can you charge people in trousers extra? Who are you, by the way?
Regards,
Rex.
At any moment you must be prepared to give up who you are today for who you could become tomorrow.

I miss all of the Scottish and Celtic events from when I lived up there.

Thanks for the reminder. I am also going to the Ohio Ren. Fest that weekend. I will have to figure out how I am going to work the schedule on those two events.

By watching their promo video for this year's Festival, it is evident that it should be called Irish Festival, rather than Celtic.
Not sure a small number of 'scotsmen' in kilts crashing their Irish festival would be appreciated, maybe that explains the small number of kilties?

Don't worry about that. The Dayton Celtic Fest was sponsored by the United Irish of Dayton. There were kilts there and even kilt vendors.
