    Here is a shot of the Tweed fabric I am using.
    The darker shade to the upper corner reflects the true color of the fabric.
    My digital tends to brighten the shot a bit.

    Will post a pic in another thread when I complete the kilt.

    Tommie... thanks for the tip, I'm definitely open to trying new fabrics... I love that plaid you're working on. It's very sharp.


    Aldisimo... That's not a yoke, that's an extra big waistband to support my big gothic belts. I just have the kilt slung low around my hips. A yoke would be a distinctive triangular shaped piece of fabric below the waistband. Thanks for being judgmental though. :P
