It's funny, when my parents found out we were going to be kilted at our wedding, they thought it was weird. Then all of my mom's co-workers thought it was cool. When my grandmother (who was not well enough to fly across the country to our wedding) saw the pictures, she repeatedly told my parents how great all the kilts looked in the wedding party. My parents have come along a bit -- my grandmother's tenacity may have had something to do with that!
