I wouldn't be in favor of it at all.
Unlike a lot of folk, I am not exactly well off. Been laid off several times this year and am so broke I can't afford to p[ay attention. The fact I worked hard for and scrimped for a kilt made in Scotland specifically for me so I coudl represent my heritage and my pride means something to me. And seeign people wearing cheap kilts with no regard for tradition but for soem cheap trend seems insulting.
Just my opinion mind you.
