I'm not a fabric expert, but I think that's an appropriate description. It's a tad bit lighter weight than my uniform, but has the same texture. It's not the same thing my summer's are made of.

Photos will come. If it's not in the mail today, we'll have a week delay. (Oooo, that rhymed). Uncle Sam says I've got to go to Jacksonville for a week, hopefully his courier service will bring my kilt before he sends me.

It's Here, It's Here! I wore it today. I had to modify it slightly to fit into it. I ordered it in late July. August-November I gained a few pounds. It was easy to adjust the size, I just moved the buttons over. It looks great, feels great, and I've gotten lots of compliments.
