Before each story I like to put out a call to the membership for those who might like to written into the story. I don't use everyone who volunteers, but I do write in many.

As before, I'm in.
Now what you should do is write my lovely wife in now that she's an Xmarks member. I'm sure you can think of something really adventurous for her to do. She does extreme knitting, after all.

Splash_4, peeking around from the rabbit hole he has been hiding in, acknowledges receipt of this message and his use in the security detail again. (providing I can wash the camouflage out of my red shirt)
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Mister James Brown would be delighted to be included, though I suspect that he would like to find himself greatly involved with the ladies of the team and that any sort of plot could go hang as far as he's concerned.
He is, however, very useful.
He does have his own kilts now. He seems to have acquired several kilt suits in different pinstripes and tweeds, plus several sets of kilted mess kit and uniform, and seven or eight outfits which I suspect Hamish has had a hand in assembling.
He has even perfected traces of various accents suitable for the tartans, so that he has the perfect persona for each one.
I'm not sure that he had these when I left at the beginning of the month - he can do that sort of thing, but only when he wants to. It is a good thing that he has some principles.
