Help dressing up a kilt, please?

Does Panache have ESP or what!

Actually, I say "Or what." He's the best-dressed person I think I have ever seen. No matter the question, he's got the outfit on- and right now! He's like a kilted Batman from the 60's TV show- no matter what Joker did, Batman always had exactly the right thing, at exactly the right time. Panache, you're amazing! I shall from now on call you Kiltman.

But on the other hand, I have to say that I really dislike Gaelic Themes hose. They don't stretch at all. I have very muscular calves, and my size 10-14 Gaelic Themes hose won't go past the middle of my shin bone. I like these guys:

Their hose are inexpensive and look really nice. They're soft and comfortable and stretch over my huge calves comfortably.
