Yep around here that'd get you arrested. On the good side, women can go topless as the law is written as exposing sexual organs (but breasts are not considered sexual organs )

Not claiming to know anything about this, but there is a group that believe that women have the right to be topless due to the equal protection laws from I think the 17th amendment. They like to have the laws overturned regarding it. I think they are called gotopless . org but I really don't remember, I know nothing.
