I didn't intend to give a negative twist; I like the look of their kilts, and very nearly bid on ebay - 'til I saw the $81.00 shipping - that would double the price, so I chose not to. I just wanted to alert the rabble that sometimes the shipping cost outweigh the price of the kilt - unless of course you're not under a vow of poverty, then go for it., and enjoy!

Moosedog, was there also a customs charge on top of the shipping and handling? If so, that should also be considered. The customs charge is based on the $ value placed on the merchandise.

Pakistan, Indian manufacturers and sold Australian goods

Pakistan, Indian manufacturers and sold Australian goods

I was surfing on eBay and found a BLACK COWHIDE LEATHER SPORRAN from 'Pakistan' at 43USD/49AUD

The LEATHER SPORRAN is like Highland Inspirations LEATHER SPORRANS BLACK FUR WITH CELTIC KNOT DESIGN CANTLE and BLACK FUR WITH TARGE CENTRE Priced at 106USD/120AUD

As I said they like to markup prices for e.g. like this one above 62USD/70AUD extra not including P&H.

You as a consumer are getting goods from Pakistan anyway. So why not get them from the country of origin.

If Highland Inspiration were honest and declare where they are getting their goods from i.e. Pakistan or India consumers would know that there goods are of the same quality and standards from Pakistan or India because the goods come from there. Vendors like Highland Inspirations are getting their goods for these countries and marking up prices 150%.

Why are they still on the market???

    Truly 'Exclusive'

This is where vendors like Highland Inspirations get their goods made:

    PARAMOUNT INTERNATIONAL
    2ND FLOOR , PICTURE ROAD ,
    MOOSA LANE , KARACHI
    KARACHI, SINDH
    Pakistan 74000

Send them your thread count, color designs and get the goods produced half the prices as hunter-retail.com

It will be truly 'exclusive' to you at half the price on eBay via Highland Inspirations.

Very low quality buckles. Seller was rude. Avoid like the plague.

    Eh up Braveheart?
Just checked your link to Highland Inspirations Ebay Feedback and you're right, there are some awfully negative comments regarding this Ebay seller.

Bit confused as to why ALL the negative comments over the last 12 months come from a Bloke called "smlemkvi" He must have been one dissatisfied customer!

Also visited your X Marks profile and all your previous posts (that'll be all 14 posts going back to Late August 2007) relate to the negative aspects of trading with Highland Inspirations.

You wouldn't be smlemkvi would you? just wondering as you seem to be doing a fine job of letting us all know how dangerous it is to trade with them.

Glad you're watching our back, we've all got to be cautious in a world of internet sharks... but surely it's time to let it go now. There are a lot of apparently satisfied customers too (according to the feedback).
