Yes, these are dancers' kilts (presumably the same group as in the above post), but gives a good enough idea.
Dancer's kilts are just that, kilts. Although they do tend to be made of lighter weight tartan, dancer's kilts are made in the same way following the same rules as any other traditional kilt. In wearing a kilt, a dancer, no matter the sex, does not wear a kilt pin and the hose must match the tartan. A dancer's dress is dictated by the Dress Code of the SOBHD.
