I usually try getting what I want from this guy in UK; CARSE OF GOWRIE Kilts and Kiltmaker (the ebay-shop).
He's fast, have fairly good quality on the items (even the cheapest ones) and honest.

I've had good luck with Carse of Gowrie as well, especially for quality acessories like tartan flashes.
