Whats worse?
A. The city stating that due to high salt prices, roads will not be as heavily treated during winter storms.
B. Over half the city street department winning the damn Mega Millions and being told not to come to work for a few days to get things in order, right before a winter storm.
On the bright side, if I don't need to go out tomorrow, I can wear my black kilt. something like 14 of the 20 employees of the local street department are now multi-millionaires. And have been given the week off. And we are under a winter storm warning, because of the streets being frozen... ehhhhh.......

now that would be nice. The worst is knowing that the PITA that hits the curbs and damages them, which the person whose property borders upon is the one that has to fix it, tis the guys that go around breaking the curbs and ignoring the potholes near you that are now rich.... Why couldn't it have been the police or firefighters, or the sanitation department. I have to be happy for them, really, but anyways..... the sad thing is the % of people that win the lottery that end up bankrupt after just a few years.
