If memory serves, Hamish has at least one kilt from them.

Here's the URL for La Maison du Kilt:-
http://www.tartanbreton.com/
They have a 'starter kilt' in Black Watch or Royal Stewart for 100 Euros (about US $ 140), 8 yards of 80% wool, and they throw in a belt and a sporran for that price. That's not a bad deal, all considered.
Besides that starter package, they have made to measure kilts in the tartans of each department of Brittany for 550 Euros (about US $ 770). Rather too pricey for my budget, I'm afraid. A department in France is something like a county, and Brittany is the celtic part of France. Those would seem to be of interest mainly to those whose ancestors came from there, or of course those who live there now.
OTOH, I'm betting that's what Hamish bought, and that he doesn't have any Breton heritage. When you have a collection of 90 kilts I suppose it becomes a quest for something different ...
ETA: They do, of course, also sell all kinds of kilt accessories.
