I've got some inkling of what a task it is to moderate a large site - I've got something like 200k registered members on my site at work. But I get PAID to deal with their foibles.

It does bring up an interesting question, though... Do the retired Mods give up their ability to partake of and look upon the forbidden threads and forums of the Mods?
